Description

No. 94 Helston Road is a late 18th-century town house. It features a rendered exterior with a ground floor lintel band on a rubble base, topped by a steep dry slate roof. The building has two storeys and a symmetrical front with two windows. The windows are late 19th-century four-pane horned sashes, and there is a central doorway with a 20th-century door. This house is part of a row of 18th and early 19th-century houses and is notable for its architectural continuity as a predominantly 18th-century row. The interior has not been inspected. It is included in the listing for its group value.
