Town house. Late C18. Render, with ground floor lintel band, on rubble; steep dry slate roof. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window front. Late C19 four-pane horned sashes and central doorway with C20 door. One of a row of C18/early C19 houses. INTERIOR not inspected. One of a good group, unusual for its continuity as a predominantly C18 row. Included for group value.
