Description

99 West Street is a farmhouse that has been converted into a house, dating from the 18th century. The building features rendered rubble and rendered cob on the first floor of the front, topped by a steep dry slate roof with painted brick end stacks. It has a two-room plan and includes a 20th-century rear extension. The house is two storeys high and has a nearly symmetrical three-window front. The windows are 20th-century six-pane horned sashes, and there is a four-panel top-glazed door along with a similar door to the far right. The interior has not been inspected.
