Description

No. 67 West Street is a town house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted rubble with timber lintels and granite sills, topped with an asbestos slate roof that features a brick end stack on the right side. The building has a cast-iron ogee gutter. It has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high, with a nearly symmetrical front that has two windows. The windows are late 19th century four-pane horned sashes. The central entrance features the original six-panel door, which is set in a heavy frame with an overlight, and is accessed by three granite steps, with a two-pane overlight above the door. The interior has not been inspected.
