Description
No. 3 St Thomas Hill is a town house, likely built in the late 18th century. It features a textured finish on the render, with slate hanging on the rear wing and a bitumen-grouted hipped slate roof that has a returned modillioned eaves cornice. There is a rendered stack on the left side of the building. The house has a double-depth plan with a later rear wing and stands two storeys tall, presenting a symmetrical three-window front. The original or early 19th-century windows are sixteen-pane hornless sashes, and there is a 20th-century central door with a top-glazed overlight. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
