Description
This is a small town house dating from the late 18th century. It is located on St Thomas Hill in Launceston. The exterior is finished with a textured render or stucco, topped with a rag slate roof featuring bracketed front eaves. The right-hand side has a moulded granite stack with a single slate pot, while the left-hand side has a rendered stack. The house has a double-depth plan and a symmetrical three-window facade. The first floor features sixteen-pane hornless sash windows within architraves, above canted bays with similar sashes and side-lights, all underpinned by a moulded entablature. A central blind window sits above the recessed doorway, which has a four-panel top-glazed door. The interior has not been inspected, but is likely to be of interest.
