Description

No. 20 St Thomas Hill is a small town house with an integral coach house, dating from the 18th century. The front features slate hanging on studwork, and it has a dry Delabole slate roof with a rendered rubble stack on the left. The building has an L-shaped plan that includes a rear wing and stands two stories tall over a coach-house basement on the left. It has a two-window range with slightly irregularly disposed 20th-century windows. The central entrance features a 20th-century door with a blind overlight, and there are a pair of ledged doors leading to the coach house. The interior has not been inspected.
