Description

No. 40 St Thomas Hill is a small town house dating from the early 19th century. It features rendered rubble walls and a rag slate roof with rendered end stacks. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. The first floor has 20th-century sixteen-pane sash windows above a late 19th-century six-pane horned sash window and a four-panel top-glazed door. The interior has not been inspected.
