Description
A pair of small town houses, likely dating from the early 19th century, are situated on St Thomas Hill in Launceston. The houses are built with render on a rubble core, and have a rag slate roof with a brick stack on the right-hand side. They are laid out in an L-shape, incorporating a wing to the rear left. The houses are two storeys high, with a two-window front. They feature 20th-century windows and doors; one door is located towards the left of the front facade, and another is positioned to the right. The interior has not been inspected. A granite ashlar forecourt wall is surmounted by wrought-iron railings with arrowhead finials, and includes a 20th-century iron gate. The property is included on the list for its group value.
