House with integral coach house or possible former tannery, now 3 houses. C18. Render on rubble to ground floor; slate-hanging on studwork above; rag slate roof; rubble lateral stack at rear left. Single-depth plan with passage on its right. 3 storeys; 4-window range. C20 sixteen-pane 2-light casements; central ledged door with window adjoining on its left; large doorway with pair of ledged doors on right and mid-floor passage doorway at far right approached by flight of steps. INTERIOR not inspected.
