The building is constructed of incised stucco over a rubble core, with a rag slate roof and a rendered stack on the left side. It has an L-shaped plan, incorporating a wing at the rear right. The house has two storeys and a two-window front elevation. It features 20th-century six-pane horned sash windows, with a projecting lean-to bay window in the recessed bay on the left, which contains a pair of four-pane sashes and a sidelight. A central 20th-century door provides access to the interior, which has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value.
