Town house and attached coach house. C18, coach house late C19. Slatehanging on studwork to front of house; slatestone rubble with brick and granite dressings to coach house; rendered stack on left, brick stack on right and rubble stack behind. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys over basement; 2-window range house. Original hornless sashes with thick glazing bars on left and very tall original round-headed stair window with similar glazing bars on right. Central doorway with original 6-panel door with fielded panels within early/mid C19 latticed porch. INTERIOR: not inspected but said to retain most of its original features.
