Description

No. 13 West Street is a town house dating from the 18th century. It features a stucco exterior on a rubble base and has a steep dry Delabole slate roof with large brick end stacks. The building has a shallow-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. The windows include 4-pane sashes above wider tripartite sashes, with early to mid-19th century hornless sashes on the left and later horned sashes on the right. The wide central doorway is flanked by a narrower 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected.
