Description

No. 11 Broad Street is a town house, likely built in the 18th century on a site that dates back to the 17th century. The front features render that has replaced stucco on rubble, and it has a steep dry Delabole slate roof with a coved cornice and cast-iron ogee gutters. The building has a deep plan and stands two storeys tall with a symmetrical three-window front. The windows are late 19th-century twelve-pane horned sashes, and there is a central doorway with an open pediment, moulded architrave, and a partly-glazed door from the 20th century. The interior has not been inspected but is expected to be of interest.
