Description

No. 10 Broad Street is a town house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It features incised stucco on a rubble base and has a dry slate roof with a brick stack on the right side. The building includes a cast-iron ogee gutter and has a double-depth plan. It stands three storeys high and has a one-window range. The original windows are 12-pane hornless sashes, and there is a doorway on the left with a six-panel door that has fielded panels and an overlight. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
