Description

No. 12 Broad Street is a town house dating from the early 19th century. It features incised stucco on rubble, with plain end pilasters and architraves, and a granite plinth. The building has a dry slate roof behind a parapet, with a lead rainwater head dated 1979. The layout is a double-depth plan, and it stands three storeys high with a two-window range. The windows are 20th-century four-pane horned sashes. The entrance includes a pilastered doorway with consoles and a hood, leading to a six-panel door with an overlight on the left. The interior has not been inspected.
