Town house. Early C19. Stucco on masonry to front; asbestos slate roof with brick axial stack on right; cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan including rear wing. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Early C19 16-pane hornless sashes; open-pedimented doorcase on right with moulded pilasters; paired consoles, lozenge to frieze and dentilled cornice; pair of sashes left of doorway and boarded door fronting through-passage at far left. INTERIOR not inspected.
