Small town house. Mid C19. Stucco on studwork front; asbestos slate roof with slightly projecting eaves; brick end stacks; cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes within moulded architraves; house doorway under right-hand window with mid C20 panelled and glazed door overlight; on its right a former carriage entrance or possible former shop now with C20 window on its left and C20 ledged door on its right. INTERIOR not inspected.
