Description
No. 46 Church Street is a small town house from the early 19th century. It is constructed of granite and Elvan ashlar, featuring a plinth, a round-arched doorway, and a ground-floor window with a segmental arch and a flat arch above it. The roof is covered with asbestos slate and has a brick stack on the left side. The house has a double-depth plan and is two stories tall with a one-window range. The original 16-pane hornless sash window is located towards the left, while the doorway on the right has an original six-panel door with flush-beaded bottom panels, and other panels that have been later glazed. There is also a blind spoked fanlight above the door. The interior has not been inspected.
