Description
No. 35 is a small town house built around 1810. It features local freestone ashlar on the ground floor and dressed coursed local stone above, topped with an asbestos slate roof and brick end stacks. The house has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a front that has two windows. The round-arched doorway contains a six-panel door and a spoked fanlight, while the original hornless sash windows with glazing bars are set under cambered arches with projecting key blocks. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest. Additionally, there are close-spaced wrought-iron railings that survive over the forecourt plinth to the right of the window.
