Description

This is a small town house located on Lemon Street, Truro, dating from around 1810. It is constructed of local freestone ashlar to the front, with an asbestos slate roof and a brick end stack on the left side. The house follows a double-depth plan and presents a two-storey, two-window-range facade. A round-arched doorway is located on the left, leading to a six-panel door and a spoked fanlight. Late 19th or 20th-century horned four-pane sash windows are set beneath cambered arches, each enhanced with projecting key blocks. The interior has not been inspected but is considered likely to be of interest. The building holds group value, contributing to the character of the area.
