Description
No. 64 Lemon Street is a town house, now used as an office, and is part of a nearly identical pair built around the 1820s. The building features a front made of granite ashlar and has a dry Delabole slate roof. It has a double-depth plan with one room at the front and stands three storeys high over a basement, with a two-window range on the front. The right side has a round-arched doorway with a six-panel door and a traceried fanlight. There are mid-floor strings and shallow segmental arches above the original hornless sash windows, which include glazing bars. Inside, the front room has panelled window shutters and a moulded ceiling cornice, though the rest of the interior has not been inspected.
