Description
No. 14 Crockwell Street is a small town house with a later shop, dating from the mid-19th century. The front is finished in stucco on studwork, and it has a variable-pitch bitumen-grouted slate roof with projecting eaves that are deeper on the right side. There is a brick stack on the right. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. The original windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. The ground floor features an altered late 19th century or early 20th century three-light shop front on the right, and a doorway on the left with an overlight and a glazed door. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value.
