Description

The White Hart Inn is a public house dating from the 18th century and early 19th century. It features a rendered exterior on a rubble base and has a bitumen-grouted rag slate roof with a hipped return on the left side. The building has an L-shaped plan and is two storeys high with a four-window range. The first floor has early 19th-century 16-pane sash windows, while the ground floor has four 20th-century windows. The doorway is located left of centre and has a 20th-century door. The left-hand return of the building has an irregular three-window range, including an original 16-pane sash window on the first floor to the right. The interior has been altered in the late 20th century.
