Description

The building is a pigsty dating from the mid-19th century, located south-west of Tower Hill Farmhouse on Castle Street in Bodmin. It is constructed of local rubble and features a rag slate roof, with a small rectangular plan. The west elevation has a central doorway that includes a later ledged door. The interior has not been inspected. Additionally, there is a rubble wall parallel to the west elevation, which connects to the corner on the right, and a granite monolithic gate pier at the entrance on the left.
