Small town house. Late C18 early C19. Incised stucco on rubble; steep bitumen-grouted rag slate roof; brick end stacks and stack to rear left; cast-iron ogee gutter. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Possibly original sashes with glazing bars; doorway with bowtell-moulded architrave and moulded cornice hood; rectangular overlight and 6-panel door with flush bottom panels. INTERIOR: not inspected (except to note panelled window shutters to ground floor) but likely to be of interest.
