Town house with later shop. Early C19. Texture on probable stucco; asbestos slate roof; rendered end stack to right. Deep plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range with original 12-pane hornless sashes. Recessed round arches to 1st floor with keyblocks and impost string, sill string to 2nd floor; C20 dormer breaking eaves. Ground floor has C20 3-light shop front with doorway on the right and house doorway with C20 6-panel door on the left. INTERIOR not inspected.
