Town house with later shop. Probably early C19. Stucco on probable studwork, end pilasters, 2nd-floor sill string and egg and dart cornice to projecting eaves; asbestos slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes. Ground floor has moulded and dentilled cornice over early C20 recessed shop front. 3 granite steps up to house doorway (right) with fluted columns; 8-panel door with fielded panels and 8-pane segmental-arched fanlight; early C20 stepped granite end pilasters. INTERIOR not inspected.
