Description

This is a small town house, now used as offices, dating from the early 19th century. The first floor is clad in painted slate hanging fixed to a studwork frame, while the ground floor is rendered. It has a roof of asbestos slate, with a half-hip on the right side, and rendered stacks on the right and to the rear left. Cast-iron ogee gutters run along the roofline. The building follows a double-depth plan. The front has a symmetrical design with two windows on each floor. The windows are 16-pane sash windows without horns. The central doorway has a 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the wider group value of the surrounding buildings.
