Town house, now part of the Fountain Hotel (qv). Mid C19. Ground floor rendered; 1st floor has painted slatehanging; asbestos slate roof with hipped roof dormer with C20 windows; lower hipped roof to bay over carriageway on left. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys plus attic; 3-window range. Late C19 four-pane horned sashes within moulded architraves. Ground floor has carriageway opening to left; C20 recessed bow window on right, C20 door on left; moulded cornice over both. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
