Town house with later shop. C18, refronted mid C19. Stucco on studwork with quoin rustications to upper floors; dry slate roof with moulded eaves. Deep plan 3 storeys; 2-window range. Original 16-pane sashes to 1st-floor shorter horned copies above, all with pilasters, moulded hoods and sills on brackets. Remains of late C19 double shop front with splayed central doorway; C20 plate-glass windows; C20 fascia under blind holder and original doorway to right with pilasters, consoles, 8-panel door with fielded panels and spoked fanlight. INTERIOR not inspected.
