Description

This building is a farmhouse located approximately 30 metres north-north-east of Bosigran Farmhouse. It is likely from the 17th century and was remodeled in the 18th century, with a stone inscribed "Bosigran Zennor 1834." The structure is made of granite rubble with granite dressings and features a scantle slate roof with granite coped gable ends. The original plan included two rooms with an entrance lobby and stair between them. The eaves were heightened in the 18th century or possibly in 1834.

The exterior is two storeys high with a nearly symmetrical east front that has two windows and an approximately central doorway. The window openings are small, especially on the first floor, where the rubble masonry is coursed. There is a small stair window at the rear middle and two small blocked windows on the ground floor. The interior has not been inspected. This farmhouse is part of an unspoiled coastal hamlet set within the ancient field system of this area in Cornwall.
