Attached house, now 2 flats. c1820. Limestone ashlar with brick end stacks and pantile roof. Double-depth plan. 2-storey; 2-window range. The right-hand block breaks forward with pilasters, ground-floor rustication, cornice and parapet, and a full-height bow with 3 sash windows; left-hand rendered block has ground-floor 6-panel door and concrete steps up to first-floor C20 door, and plate-glass sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
