Description

No. 47 Ashley Road is a terraced house built around 1820. It is constructed of brick with limestone dressings, and the roof is not visible. The house has a double-depth plan and stands three stories tall with a single window range. Features include a cornice and parapet, as well as a doorcase that has a broken pediment supported by small brackets. The semicircular-arched doorway contains a plain fanlight and a six-panel door, with five stepped voussoirs and cambered heads above the 8/8-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
