Description

29 Ashley Road is a house built around 1820, featuring a limestone ashlar exterior and a pantile roof. It has a double-depth plan and is designed in the late Georgian style. The building stands three storeys tall with a basement and has a two-window range. The symmetrical front includes pilasters, a parapet, and a rusticated ground floor. The central doorway is pedimented and has a fanlight above a six-panel door. The windows are 4/4-pane sashes without horizontal glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
