Description

No. 25 Ashley Road is a house built around 1820, featuring brick construction with ashlar dressings, a rendered basement, and a pantile mansard roof. It is designed in the late Georgian style and has three storeys plus a basement, with a single-window range. The exterior includes a cornice and parapet, with steps leading up to a right-hand doorcase that has a pediment, fluted jambs, a fanlight, and a six-panel door. There is also a full-height bow with seven stepped voussoirs above eight-over-eight pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
