Description
No. 25 Wilder Street is a house from the late 18th century, built in a late Georgian style. It features a brick render and stucco exterior, with a brick stack and a corrugated concrete roof. The building has three storeys, a basement, and an attic, and is arranged in a two-window range. The ground floor has a plinth and rusticated detailing, with rusticated pilasters and moulded coping. There are steps leading up to a right-hand doorcase that has a pediment and a keyed semicircular arch. The ground-floor also includes a canted bay window with a hatch to the basement. The upper windows are adorned with five stepped vousoirs and are fitted with sash windows that have horizontal glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
