Shop. c1840 with C20 alterations. MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, steeply pitched slate roof to front range with moulded stack to left. PLAN: Double depth plan. EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two-window range. Two-storey rear has lean-to roof and C20 buttress following demolition of building to right. Coped parapet, cornice and lintel frieze, moulded architraves and sill bands to upper floors, cornices to first floor windows, three/six-pane sash windows to the second floor, six/three-pane sashes to first floor (sill band possibly raised over shop fascia).
