Shop and dwelling. c1850. Ham Hill stone ashlar with tarred slate roof, stepped stone coping and rendered stack to right gable end. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; one-window range. Mid C19 shop front spans whole of ground floor with plain pilasters supporting reeded consoles and cast-iron cresting to moulded fascia; door has margin panes to the overlight, otherwise C20 glazing. Upper floors, separated by a platband, have 8/8-pane sashes in moulded architraves with enlarged corner squares; rusticated quoin to right, heavy moulded cornice beneath the parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
