Hotel, now shops. C17, remodelled late C19. Coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings to south front, roughcast to west and part of north front; hipped pantile roof with brick stack to left of centre. South front of 2 storeys; 6-window range with 2/2-pane sashes with brick jambs and stone lintels to the first floor and C20 shops to the ground floor. West front, facing Ditton Street, has a 2/2-pane sash to the first floor above a right-of-centre labelled hoodmould to a C20 plate-glass shop window. The north front has a stepped-forward gable with a round-arched attic window in the apex; a wide canted bay to the ground floor with a pantile roof, supporting a smaller canted bay with a plain tile roof to the first floor, all with 2/2-pane sashes. To the right of the bay is a C17 panelled-and-studded door set under a C19 elliptical arch. C20 single-storey brick building to the left, with pantile roof, steps back in 3 stages. INTERIOR not inspected.
