Shop. C19 possibly with earlier origins. Shop front c1902, by Hayward, Brothers, Builders. EXTERIOR: Single storey and attic; one window range. Ground floor has shop front with plate glass window to left, half-glazed door with overlight to right, in surround with panelled pilasters with moulded brackets flanking frieze. 2-light timber casement over in timber surround forming part of mock timber framing to upper part of building. Moulded barge boards. Render to front and left side other elevations not visible; pantile roof, gable facing, with C20 roof light to each slope. INTERIOR: Not inspected. Included for group value.
