Description

No. 13 Guinea Lane is a terrace house dating from the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of painted limestone ashlar and features a slate mansard roof with a moulded stack on the right gable end. It has a trapezoid plan that tapers towards the rear right.

The exterior consists of two storeys and a basement, with a two-window range. It has a coped parapet and a stopped coved cornice. Each floor has two horned six-over-six pane sash windows. To the left, there is a set back six-panel door with an overlight above it, and the basement wall includes two shallow 20th-century windows with grilles. The interior has not been inspected.
