Shop. Early C19, altered late C20. Brick. Pantiled roof. 3 storeys; 2-window range. C20 glazing with C19 shop front. First floor with 2 projecting window bays fitted with C20 casements. Two C20 6/6 unhorned sashes to the second floor. Modillion eaves cornice. Gabled roof. The east return has a 6-panelled door under a plain 3-paned overlight and an open pediment on simple consoles. One 6/6 C20 sash above. Hipped rear cross-wing with a rebuilt south end wall of 1990. INTERIOR: closed string staircase with turned balusters and newel posts. Elaborately ramped handrail. Included for group value. Attached warehouse range to rear is not included.
