Description
Nos. 9 and 10 Market Row is a shop building dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and has a pantiled roof. The building stands three storeys high and features a two-window range. The mid-20th century shop front is situated beneath a projecting hood. On the first floor, there is a 2/2 horned sash window with a rendered gauged skewback arch, alongside a 6/6 unhorned sash window also under a gauged skewback arch, both set in flush frames. The second floor contains a 2/2 unhorned sash window and a 6/6 unhorned sash window, both in flush frames. The roof is gabled. At the rear, there is a two-storey extension with 20th-century windows and a door. The interior has not been inspected.
