Description
Jasmin Cottage is an early 18th-century house located on Couching Street in Watlington. It is constructed of random bond brick with red brick dressings and flint rubble, featuring brick dressings on the sides and rear. The roof is hipped and covered with old tiles, and there is a brick ridge stack. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high with a three-window range. Notable architectural features include segmental arches over a 19th-century six-panelled door, flanking late 19th-century tripartite sash windows, and first-floor horned sashes beside a blind window. There is a red brick storey band and dentilled eaves. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest. The cottage is included for its group value.
