Description

Innisfree is a house located in Sydenham Hollier's Close, dating from the 17th century with an 18th-century addition on the right. The building features a rendered plinth and large timber framing with rendered infill, topped by a thatched half-hipped roof and a brick ridge stack on the right. It is a single-storey structure with an attic, comprising four bays and a two-window range. There is a 20th-century plank door leading to a 20th-century lean-to porch positioned to the left of the center. To the left of the door is a single-light casement window, while to the right is a two-light wood casement window. The house also has two swept dormers. The late 18th-century addition to the right is likely rendered, possibly over brick, and has an old plain-tile roof with a single-window range and a two-light casement. There is also a 20th-century addition to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
