Description
Vicarage End is a house dating from the early 17th century. It features thin irregular timber framing in the center with painted brick infill, while the left and right sides are also made of painted brick. The roof is thatched and half-hipped to the right, with brick stacks at both ends and a ridge stack in the center. The house has a single storey and an attic, with a five-window range. There are plank doors located to the left, left of center, and to the right of center. The windows include 6-pane unhorned sashes with wood architrave surrounds in the center and to the left of center, as well as 2-light leaded casements to the right and right of center. Additionally, there are three swept dormers with old plain-tile aprons. The interior has not been inspected but may feature cruck construction.
