Description
This is an 18th-century house, originally located 30 yards east of the church in Sydenham. The house is rendered on brick, with a thatched roof that is half-hipped to the left. A brick ridge stack is positioned centrally, and an end stack is located to the right. The building is single-storey with an attic, and has a two-window front. A 20th-century porch with a plank door is situated to the right of the centre. There is a two-light casement window to the right, and a single-light casement to the left. A swept dormer sits to the right of the centre, featuring a two-light casement. The interior remains uninspected. A later 20th-century addition has been made to the right side of the property. It is listed for its group value.
