Description

Westway is an 18th-century house located on Church Street in Bodicote. It is constructed from regularly coursed ironstone rubble and features a 20th-century tiled roof with two brick stacks at the ends. The house has a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic, presenting a two-window range. On the ground floor, there are two three-light metal casement windows on either side of a plank door, while the attic contains two additional metal casements. All the lintels have been renewed. Inside, the property features stop-chamfered beams.
