House. C18. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. C20 tile roof. Brick ridge stack. 3-unit plan. Single storey plus attic. 3-window range. C20 door to left has wooden lintel. Two 3-light wooden casements to right have wooden lintels. To left a 3-light casement with wooden lintel. Three 3-light wooden casements to attic with wooden lintels. Interior: Chamfered beams. Well; inside house now a feature and can be seen through plate glass. Fireplace remodelled C20 retains oven. Included for group value.
