This structure dates back to 1717, as indicated by the datestone I/M/M/1717. It consists of two cottages that have been combined into one house. The exterior is made of regularly coursed ironstone rubble and features a steeply pitched thatched roof, with three brick stacks positioned at the ends and along the ridge. The building has a four-unit plan and is a single-storey structure with an attic, showcasing a four-window range. To the left, there is a 20th-century plank door with chamfered jambs and a wooden lintel. The right side includes two three-light metal casements and a similar wooden casement. The attic features four three-light wooden casements. The interior has not been inspected.
